Married September 4th, 2005 :)

Cathy and I first met in an Asian American chatroom on MSN chat services September 17th, 2003. When I think about how many hundreds or thousands of servers there are and that there are tens of thousands of chatrooms on those servers, the odds of us meeting were a billion to one. No doubt in my mind that it was fate. After a year of staying in constant contact through e-mails, snail mail, and phone calls, and after Cathy being sent home to the Philippines and then returning to Taiwan September 2004, I traveled to her the last week of October, "04". I knew it was meant to be after that first glance, first smile, and first embrace. She was the one! Kaohsiung was a very surreal adventure. I had not flown since I was 17, had never been out of the country. I'm grateful Cathy knew how to speak some Chinese. I didn't venture out much on my on, I waited for Cathy to get off work, heh heh. ~ Brian

Latest news: Our beautiful daughter is now 9 months old. Cathy is now driving herself to work, and picking Kendra up at the sitters. This is her third week of driving. I think that was the ultimate test of patience, teaching her to drive. My nerves are shot. Now I get to worry each evening until they arrive safely at home. Cathy seem to be doing great considering this is her first drivers license and she is 33.
